SYSTEM SUPPORT is an important part of production along with the hardware it is produced on. Its vital that you keep your machines in optimum working order so they can be utilised to their fullest potential. Coloursat can offer you a preventative maintenance contract bespoken to your company. This will include four visits per year to your company to clean down your machines, defragmenting and optimising them to maximum preformance, also making sure that all machine settings are correct with no conflicts occurring. We can also offer your company a telephone support contract to problem solve errors on your machines or just to give relevant advice on software or hardware issues.

At Coloursat we have found that offering hardware/software contracts is not benefical to our clients because to cover the hardware part of the contract the charge for this would have to be high. Whereas we feel its more constructive just to offer you a sofware contract at a much reduced rate payable on a monthly installment basis. If hardware problems arise we will be quite happy to come in and try to resolve the problem, or if the product is damaged give you comprehensive advice on the best way in which to resolve the problem.
TRAINING Coloursat prides itself on its knowledge base of the reprographic and digital media industries. The training that we can offer your company will go hand in hand with the digital solutions that you have installed. If you need training in any of the leading software packages such as Quark, Illustrator or Photoshop, that won’t be a problem. We feel however that our knowlegde of prepress and print will be more beneficial to your company, knowing the best way to save images, graphics and file formats or enhancing your knowledge of trapping, input and output resolutions and understanding ink weights and line screens. We therefore offer advice and training in every aspect of the reprographic elements of your production.
